Refund policy

Returning orders You will be responsible for all delivery charges when returning orders to us. We suggest you use Royal Mail's Recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. We can not be held accountable for items not sent recorded/registered/special delivery. Refund procedure Once we receive the item back from you we will send a notification informing you we have received the item. Once we have confirmed any fault we will process a refund. Refunds will take up to 14 days to be processed. Any item of lingerie, hosiery, underwear can NOT be returned unless faulty. When returning items please note that we will not refund any postage. If you selected or received free postage on your order we will calculate the cost of posting of your order and deduct this from any refunds. You will find a full returns address with your order.
