>.All orders will be sent using a standard delivery service by your countries postal Service. USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail, You can also select to have your order sent using a secure delivery service with signature.
This service is available at an extra costs. We do not offer a Next Day Delivery service.
If an item is currently out of stock and there is going to be a delay of more then 7 days or more
before the item is back in stock we will send an alternative product so you are not kept waiting for your order.
All orders are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
>. If a product is not currently in stock we will place it on back order, most likely it will be back in stock with our next delivery. You would expect to receive your order in 3-7 working days.
Sometimes there is issues beyond our control, Although 90% of orders are received within 3 days, you should allow 28 days for delivery of your order.
>. Right to change your mind. You have the right to change your mind within 7 days from the date of order.
If you have received your order and have not opened it please return the goods to us. We will refund you minus postage costs.
If you have received your order and opened it we will not refund any orders.
Stock Levels & Returns
Please bear in mind the following important information before purchasing out of stock items.
Most of the items on our website have estimated stock levels. These stock levels are not guaranteed but give an indication of stock levels.
Items with a zero (0) level and items without any stock levels are not held in stock. If these items are orders please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Orders for items not held in stock are known as "special orders" because we have to order these items from the USA.
These items are non returnable and non refundable.
You will be responsible for all delivery charges when returning orders to us.
We suggest you use Royal Mail's Recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage.
We can not be held accountable for items not sent recorded/registered/special delivery.
Returns: Our returns address is supplied with all orders to customers once logged into your account.
If a refund is agreed these conditions will apply.
1. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.
3. No correspondence will be entered into.
Postage will not be refunded.
If we have not been able fullfil your order within the 28 days stated we will refund with no admin charges.
5. We send qualifying orders free to the UK, if a refund is requested for any order we have sent for free we will deduct £7.50 per order for postage & packaging.
6. Returns and refunds on special orders are not accepted. Refunds are subject to additional admin and restocking fees due to extra import duties paid on special orders.
If you paid for next day delivery, it will be deducted from the refund. Postage charges on dispatched orders will not be refunded.
We subsidise all postage and pay the majority percentage. For example, if we charge £1.25 for delivery the cost of postage will actually be more like £2.35 upwards.
All returned orders will have postage + £2.50 deducted from any refunds issued. Please bear this in mind when returning items to us.
